Anlagenbediener & Stellvertreter Anlagenführer Flaschenprüfung (m/w/d, 100%)

About the role

Ensure safe and compliant daily test procedures while prioritising safety. Operate bottle entry/exit and logistics systems, support colleagues and act as deputy plant manager when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Operate bottle testing, sandblasting and painting lines.
• Coordinate the plant team and organise workflow.
• Perform routine cleaning and simple maintenance tasks with the maintenance team.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a machine operator in an industrial production environment.
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and basic English.
• Strong computer skills with Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar and basic SAP knowledge.
• Forklift licence is a plus.
• Team‑player with good manners, physically fit and quick learner.
