Avaloq Test Manager

About the role

Avaloq, a Swiss provider of wealth management technology for financial institutions, is looking for an experienced Test Manager to join its international team in Zurich. The role suits someone with strong quality assurance experience who works proactively, contributes ideas to change processes and can work both in a team and independently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the customer's test campaigns, taking responsibility for SIT and acting as the customer contact for UAT
• Execute tests for SIT and resolve issues, supporting other testers
• Provide test reports to the customer and management
• Monitor defect deliveries and coordinate the developer teams
• Continuously improve the current situation and design a complete, sustainable test approach
• Plan automation test requirements

Required profile

• Experience with test management in agile development
• Experience with banking and Avaloq technologies
• Strong structuring, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mentality, healthy pragmatism and customer orientation
• Very good communication and presentation skills with fluent English
