About the role

We are looking for a motivated Construction Site Manager to lead demanding industrial, production and logistics building projects in French‑speaking Switzerland. The role involves coordinating all on‑site parties, ensuring deadlines, quality and budget are met, and acting as the main link between internal planners, authorities and contractors. The internal project language is German.

Key responsibilities

• Autonomous direction of construction sites for industrial, production and logistics projects.
• Coordination and steering of contractors, suppliers and specialists on site.
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost and schedule objectives.
• Plan timelines, monitor costs and manage site administration.
• Close collaboration with internal logistics and operational planning teams.
• Serve as primary contact for planners, authorities and executing companies.
• Organise and lead site meetings and enforce safety rules.
• Oversee commissioning, follow‑up of reservations and handover of works to clients.

Required profile

• Completed training as site manager, building technician, civil engineer or equivalent.
• Several years of experience managing construction sites for industrial buildings, production sites or logistics centres.
• Proven experience with complex construction projects.
• Strong French and good German language skills.
• Structured, pragmatic, solution‑oriented work method.
• High autonomy, sense of responsibility, organisational ability and decision‑making capacity.
• Team‑player with open communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with construction site management and planning software (advantageous).
