Commissioning ICSS Superintendent

About the role

The Commissioning ICSS Superintendent will lead all construction and commissioning activities for the Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) on offshore projects. You will act as the central point of communication between engineering, construction, HSSE, quality, and client teams to ensure safe, on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all ICSS construction and commissioning work follows approved plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate daily site operations, including workforce management, material handling, and equipment usage.
• Lead inspections, testing, and verification of ICSS systems and equipment.
• Manage changes to the ICSS scope or plan throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, HSSE logs, and quality control data.
• Monitor schedule performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Enforce HSSE protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Mentor and supervise construction and commissioning supervisors and team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction and commissioning, preferably within the offshore or energy sector.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
