DevOps Engineer – Hybrid (Geneva, Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in Geneva on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the infrastructure and operational processes that enable rapid, reliable and secure delivery of our products.

Key responsibilities

• Automate build, test and deployment pipelines to increase release frequency and reduce manual errors.
• Provision development, staging and production environments consistently using Infrastructure as Code.
• Integrate security and quality checks throughout the CI/CD pipeline.
• Develop reusable configuration‑management scripts and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Establish monitoring, analytics and alerting capabilities and support incident response.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize system performance and cost efficiency through automation and data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in French and English.
• EU or Swiss nationality, or a valid B/C work permit for Switzerland.
• Immediate availability (3‑month notice not acceptable).
• Willingness to work on‑site three days a week and remotely two days.

Required skills

• Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
• Scripting for configuration management (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Monitoring and alerting systems.
• Incident response and root‑cause analysis.
