HR Manager / People Operations Lead

About the role

D ONE is a premium consultancy for data, AI and transformation, with teams in Zurich, Munich and Athens. As HR Manager / People Operations Lead, you take ownership of HR operations at D ONE, working hands-on in Switzerland and coordinating HR matters in Germany and Greece with local teams and external partners. You run personnel administration reliably, support colleagues through the employee lifecycle and act as a trusted contact for employees and management.

Key responsibilities

• Payroll and year-end: monthly payroll and QST filings, year-end work (pay slips, AHV and insurance reconciliation), illness and accident notifications, time recording control
• Contracts and master data: contracts, addenda and certificates; personnel master data; competence profiles; work permits
• Recruiting and integration: own and coordinate the end-to-end recruiting process with hiring managers, and ensure a welcoming onboarding and structured offboarding
• Development and support: absence and case management, performance management logistics, training and certification tracking, first contact for retention and conflicts
• Processes and advice: advise management on employment law, retention and personnel metrics, and keep personnel processes lean

Required profile

• Eidg. Fachausweis in Personalwesen or equivalent, with several years as a generalist
• Solid command of Swiss payroll, social insurance and employment law
• Experience running recruiting end to end, ideally in consulting
• Fluent German and English
• Empathy, clear communication, discretion, pragmatism and a drive to improve how things work
