About the role

As the IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for employees, ensuring a seamless, modern, and reliable digital experience. You will combine responsive technical assistance with high‑quality user service while helping to maintain a secure and stable IT environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software and connectivity issues via ticketing system, phone, chat and in‑person.
  • Install, configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights and onboarding/off‑boarding processes in partnership with HR and IT.
  • Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and support meeting‑room AV equipment.
  • Deliver on‑site support for local network connectivity and on‑premises IT infrastructure.
  • Document incidents, requests and resolutions in the IT service‑management tool.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams and maintain the IT knowledge base.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and tool adoption.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in end‑user support and workplace IT operations.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with security, infrastructure and network teams.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, especially GxP frameworks.

Required skills

  • Hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Ticketing system usage.
  • User account and access‑rights management.
  • On‑site network connectivity and equipment support.
  • Documentation and knowledge‑base maintenance.
