ITIL Incident, Change, Problem & Vulnerability Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our IT service management team. The role focuses on coordinating and improving ITIL processes across incident, change, problem, and vulnerability management, ensuring the IT department delivers high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Escalate, coordinate and lead committees for major IT incidents, providing clear reporting and communication.
• Review, assess, validate and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring accurate change documentation and stakeholder updates.
• Log, track and drive problem management sessions, delivering comprehensive reports on root‑cause analysis and remediation.
• Maintain vulnerability logs, coordinate remediation efforts and lead Vulnerability Management meetings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT and/or Security.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in incident, change, problem, and vulnerability management.
• Fluent in French and English.
• ITIL certification(s).
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead discussions with technical and managerial audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and follow through on action plans.

Required skills

• Nessus vulnerability scanning.
• Qualys vulnerability scanning.
• ITIL framework knowledge.
