Junior Social Media Manager (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to support an animation club that works with primary schools in London. This freelance position will help shape the club’s online presence, engage parents and teachers, and showcase student creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Update and refresh website and social‑media imagery.
• Integrate new visuals and videos from animators and video editors.
• Curate and post promotional videos, testimonials, and standout student projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to tutors on content quality.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for regular posting.
• Monitor engagement metrics, report on campaign performance, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn accounts.
• Strong copywriting and content curation abilities.
• Familiarity with the education sector and children‑focused content.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Based in or familiar with the London education landscape.
