About the role
This position supports the conversion of an external workforce member to a permanent role, operating CNC equipment to produce simple tools and parts for tooling manufacturing.
Key responsibilities
- Follow work plans to complete orders within required timeframes.
- Execute CAM programs to select appropriate milling cutters.
- Operate, process, and maintain CNC machines.
- Run machinery programs via DNC or control systems to produce the required product lots.
Required profile
- Secondary school, high school or technical degree.
- Ability to read and understand tooling part drawings or real parts.
