Manager Swiss Business and International Tax

About the role

As a Manager in Deloitte's corporate tax team, you will provide Swiss and international tax advisory services to a range of multinational clients. You will work on global engagements, helping organisations navigate the evolving Swiss and international tax landscape, including Pillar 2 and cross‑border tax issues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international tax advisory projects and act as advisor on complex tax issues.
• Supervise Swiss tax compliance services for large multinational enterprises.
• Collaborate with cross‑divisional and international teams worldwide.
• Lead and inspire junior staff, supporting their professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field and Swiss tax expert diploma (Steuerexperte) or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience providing tax advisory services to international clients.
• Strong network in the Swiss market and ability to build client relationships.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Swiss tax law.
• Expertise in international tax matters, including US tax principles, EU directives and Pillar 2.
• Ability to manage cross‑border tax compliance and advisory projects.
