Product Designer - DAM

About the role

Frontify, the brand platform used by companies such as Microsoft, Telefónica, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz and Kia, is hiring a Product Designer for its Digital Asset Management (DAM) team. You will shape the future of DAM at the core of the Frontify platform, turning capabilities such as metadata, search, permissions, versioning and asset workflows into simple, fast and well-crafted experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end design process, from framing problems and prototyping to validating solutions with users and delivering polished interfaces.
• Create design artifacts including user journeys, flows, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Design experiences across the asset lifecycle: uploading, organizing, enriching, discovering, reviewing, managing and sharing assets.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers and researchers to shape product direction and deliver usable, visually crafted products.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research, customer feedback and product data to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, product patterns and overall experience quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing SaaS or digital products.
• Confident across UX and UI design, with a strong eye for visual detail.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management, content management, media platforms, enterprise software or brand management products is a plus.
