Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join a growing international technology environment where design shapes digital products and brands. Based in Switzerland, you will own visual projects across marketing, product, social media, presentations and digital communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver graphic design projects from concept to final execution.
• Create and maintain design systems, brand books, visual guidelines and templates.
• Produce creative content for social media, presentations, infographics and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and creative teams to translate business goals into visual solutions.
• Analyze existing designs, optimise processes and contribute to design decisions for new and existing digital products.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in graphic design with a high‑quality portfolio.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills and a strong sense of ownership.
• Curiosity for unconventional design challenges and willingness to use AI tools.
• Understanding of business context and ability to link design decisions to product and marketing objectives.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
• Strong knowledge of typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy and color theory.
• Experience creating raster graphics, compositing and collage work.
• Practical experience using AI tools within the design workflow.
