Senior Software Engineer – Threat Intelligence & ML Automation

About the role

Nozomi Networks is expanding its Security Research team and seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation systems for threat intelligence and machine‑learning‑driven detection. You will work closely with engineers developing ML models and MLOps pipelines that protect critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and operate automation tools that collect, share, and correlate cybersecurity threat data.
• Design, implement, and maintain Python and Golang services supporting threat‑detection workflows.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to create, train, package, and deploy models for threat classification.
• Build and improve MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, model versioning, and observability.
• Write clean, test‑driven code and contribute to continuous‑integration processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Python or Golang development.
• Strong understanding of software design principles (Design Patterns, SOLID, GRASP).
• Hands‑on experience with production ML systems or MLOps pipelines.
• Commitment to writing simple, maintainable code and embracing agile practices.
• Ability to work with confidential data under NDAs.
