About the role

We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Specialist to join our international financial services group in Lausanne. Working within a small team of three, you will ensure accurate accounting operations and high‑quality reporting for the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring correct postings and follow‑up.
• Perform monthly closings and produce IFRS reporting for Group consolidated accounts.
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasting.
• Monitor and analyse monthly and quarterly KPIs.
• Prepare tax filings, including VAT returns.
• Support operational risk monitoring activities.
• Execute bank reconciliations and ensure data consistency.
• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Administer and optimise accounting tools to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Swiss Federal Diploma as a Finance and Accounting Specialist or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in a financial services company, fiduciary/accounting firm, or Family Office.
• Strong expertise in financial and management accounting with excellent knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Comfortable administering accounting IT tools.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organised, rigorous, and able to meet strict deadlines while being proactive.
