About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth and long‑term success of enterprise customers in the energy and infrastructure sector. You will act as the primary post‑implementation contact, helping clients extract maximum value from advanced technology solutions while building trusted, strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full post‑sale customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewals, retention, and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Support customers in integrating technology into operational workflows to achieve business outcomes.
- Translate technical concepts and analytical outputs into clear business recommendations for both technical and executive audiences.
- Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
- Monitor adoption, satisfaction, and account health metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, deployment, product, and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development priorities.
- Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Represent customer interests internally and contribute to process and service improvements.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, technical consulting, or a related client‑facing role.
- Proven ability to manage strategic enterprise accounts and build long‑term relationships.
- Experience in utilities, infrastructure, energy, engineering, technology, or SaaS environments is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical specialists and senior business decision‑makers.
- Comfortable interpreting data and discussing technical concepts with diverse audiences.
