Appway Support & Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Appway Support & Development Specialist to join our Geneva team and ensure the stability of client lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, KYC review and remediation workflows. The role combines Level 2/3 application support with hands‑on development to continuously improve the Appway platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the Appway/FNZ Studio application, investigate incidents and coordinate resolutions with vendors and technical partners.
• Monitor workflow performance and system health using logs, dashboards, queues and alerting mechanisms to guarantee service continuity.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Manage application releases across development, test and production environments, including validation, smoke testing and rollback procedures.
• Maintain operational documentation such as runbooks, knowledge‑base articles and user guides.
• Design and implement small‑scale fixes and enhancements in Appway/FNZ Studio covering business rules, UI, integrations and data mappings.
• Support automation initiatives through CI/CD pipelines, code reviews and deployment optimisation.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment to drive continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Appway/FNZ Studio in a banking environment.
• Strong background in application integration using REST and SOAP APIs, and handling JSON and XML data.
• Proven expertise in monitoring, observability, log analysis and alert management for production systems.
• Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD practices and multi‑environment deployment management.
• In‑depth knowledge of client lifecycle management, KYC and AML regulatory requirements.
• Swiss residency, fluent English; French is a plus.
