C&C Training Manager & Instructor

About the role

The Training Manager & Instructor will design, implement and oversee GEV C&C’s learning and development strategy for employees and subcontractors. This hybrid position links organisational goals with individual career growth by identifying competency gaps and delivering structured training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with function leaders to assess current and future training needs and develop competency assessment tools and matrices.
• Design and coordinate structured curricula for onboarding, compliance, technical, safety, leadership and professional development.
• Manage end‑to‑end training logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, attendance tracking and vendor relationships.
• Prepare, allocate and monitor the training budget, negotiate with external providers and report budget status.
• Deliver internal trainings, collect feedback, analyse performance data and produce dashboards for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in construction, commissioning, industrial operations or energy environments.
• Strong project‑management, organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel to offices, training centres and project sites worldwide.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to develop and manage competency assessment tools, training matrices and reporting dashboards.
• Strong data‑gathering, tracking and analysis capabilities.
