Client Account Manager APAC China

About the role

UBS is looking for a WM Client Account Manager to join its China team in Zurich. The role supports client advisors in serving high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients in a fast-paced international environment, acting as the point of entry for client orders and the direct contact for daily banking and administrative work.

Key responsibilities

• Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• Support client advisors with administrative, risk and legal and compliance tasks
• Manage daily business in WM HNW/UHNW client servicing and act as the point of entry for client orders such as stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
• Be the direct contact for daily banking activities and handle client inquiries and troubleshooting
• Perform account maintenance and client processes such as account opening and closing, suitability reviews, and initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
• Support client advisors during business trips and help prepare client meetings

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in financial services, ideally in wealth management, private banking, client service or client account management
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage several priorities at once
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism and discretion
• Curiosity about how AI can improve workflows, with sound judgment and alignment with policy, risk standards and ethical use
