Construction Site Manager

About the role

As part of our continued growth in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of complex construction and fit‑out projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high‑profile office, life sciences, and high‑tech projects in a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and coordinate renovation and construction projects on site.
• Plan, monitor, and control all construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards, budgets, and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, technical specifications, and client requirements.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve technical and organizational challenges.
• Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Support commissioning, inspections, final acceptance, and successful handover.

Required profile

• Degree or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
• Several years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Bauleiter in Switzerland (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing complex interior fit‑out, office, life sciences, or high‑tech construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of schedule, quality, and cost management.
• Experience working with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Structured, independent, solution‑oriented working style.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
