Contract Graphic Designer (Remote, 20 hrs/week)

About the role

Procurement Professionals Alliance (PPA) is looking for a contract Graphic Designer to work remotely on a 2‑month, 20‑hour‑per‑week engagement. The designer will support PPA and its RFxPremier brand across digital and print communications, helping to maintain visual consistency and elevate storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital and print assets such as event collateral, signage, and marketing materials.
• Design PowerPoint presentations, templates, and slide decks for internal and external use.
• Produce social media graphics, infographics, web and email visuals that follow brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Communications Manager and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and adapt designs to evolving priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout, and visual communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay highly organized.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with associations, conferences, public‑sector, or professional‑services organizations is a plus.
