About the role
As Corporate Operations Controller you will act as the finance business partner to the COO and Operations Leadership Team, providing insight and decision support across manufacturing, procurement, planning, logistics, quality and supply chain functions. You will travel to production sites in Europe, the US and China to build strong operational understanding.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the COO and Operations Leadership Team to deliver financial insights, performance analysis and business cases for manufacturing, procurement and supply‑chain initiatives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling and performance reporting for Corporate Operations, monitoring KPIs and driving improvement actions.
- Own and enhance global standard costing, inventory control, plant performance measurement and reporting frameworks.
- Drive transparency and performance improvement across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, inventory, productivity, forecast accuracy, working capital and supply‑chain operations.
- Act as finance lead for operational transformation projects, defining KPIs and reporting requirements across SAP, planning, consolidation and BI systems.
- Strengthen the Group Controlling community through training, best‑practice sharing and finance transformation projects.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in Operations Finance, Supply‑Chain Finance or Manufacturing Controlling within a global industrial environment, including site‑level exposure.
- Strong expertise in standard costing, budgeting, variance analysis, inventory management, procurement finance and working‑capital optimisation.
- Advanced analytical and financial‑modelling skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading international, cross‑functional projects and driving finance transformation.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (preferably S/4HANA), planning, consolidation and business‑intelligence tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA, CPA, CMA or Lean/Six‑Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Fluent English required; German and French are a plus.
