Corporate Tax (Senior) Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Corporate Tax team in Geneva. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping multinational clients navigate local and international tax obligations while optimizing their overall tax position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services for Swiss and cross‑border transactions.
• Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
• Advise on transfer pricing, intercompany pricing, and the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions.
• Support clients in improving their tax function, risk management, and decision‑making processes.
• Lead project teams, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting, economics, business, or law; Swiss tax expert diploma preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate tax, both Swiss and international.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Motivated, team‑oriented, and ready to take responsibility from day one.
