Field Marketing Manager, Surgery – Energy

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Switzerland is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to support the Surgery division. You will own the Swiss marketing strategy for an assigned platform, drive portfolio performance, and expand market presence with innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Swiss marketing strategy, including pricing, product lifecycle, and profitable growth.
• Analyse market insights, customer needs and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate strategy into positioning, value propositions, campaigns, product launches and annual marketing plans.
• Equip sales teams with messaging, tools and training; support customer engagement through events and education programs.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeon communities.
• Define KPIs, track portfolio and campaign performance, manage the marketing budget and optimise investments.
• Partner with sales, local leadership, EMEA and global marketing, and external agencies to deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field or marketing.
• 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in medical devices; surgery or enabling technology experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and German; French and/or Italian an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong leadership, project management and collaborative skills in matrix environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM).
