High Ticket Closer (Remote Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated High Ticket Closer to join our remote sales team. In this fast‑paced environment you will engage prospects, manage a robust pipeline, and close high‑value deals while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live sales calls with leads via phone and Zoom.
• Maintain and update your sales pipeline daily to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Proactively schedule calls and work leads during open hours when no sales calls are booked.
• Track appointments, follow‑up activities, and close deals to exceed daily targets.
• Submit end‑of‑day KPI reports and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Be available on Slack from 8 am to 6 pm PST, Monday‑Friday.
• Maintain a minimum of 84 calls per week and complete morning and end‑of‑day tasks.

Required profile

• High‑energy, self‑motivated professional with proven closing experience.
• Comfortable working in a remote, results‑driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceed performance metrics.

What we offer

• Commission‑based compensation with 10% commission.
• On‑Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $150,000 to $205,000 per year.
