HR Manager – Site & International Projects

About the role

The position combines hands‑on HR leadership for a production site with responsibility for international HR projects across the Group. You will act as the primary HR partner for site managers while collaborating with the Group HR Director on multi‑country initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR point of contact for the production site, overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to off‑boarding.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, development and salary reviews.
• Advise and coach managers on people‑related matters, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and local legislation.
• Coordinate the annual HR cycle, including performance and objective setting, talent discussions and compensation reviews.
• Partner with the Group HR Director to design and implement HR policies, processes and tools across several countries.
• Lead international projects in talent management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement and HR systems.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of broad HR experience, preferably as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
• Proven experience managing employee‑relations issues and advising managers on sensitive topics.
• Background in a manufacturing, industrial or operational environment is a strong advantage.
• Experience working in an international or matrix organization with strong project‑management skills.
