About the role

We are looking for a qualified hospital nurse to join one of Switzerland's largest hospitals on a flexible schedule. The position covers both medical and surgical units and can be filled for short‑term assignments or longer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care across various hospital departments.
• Collaborate with medical and paramedical teams to manage treatments and protocols.
• Ensure patient accompaniment and continuous follow‑up throughout hospitalization.
• Implement medical treatments while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the care team.

Required profile

• HES nursing diploma or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Minimum two years of experience in acute care settings.
• Strong autonomy, sense of responsibility and adaptability to different work contexts.
• Developed relational skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Immediate availability and flexibility in working hours and units.
