Investor Relations Intern

About the role

Join a high‑performance quant investment fund as an Investor Relations Intern. You will work directly with senior management, gaining real‑world exposure to capital‑raising activities for institutional investors, family offices, and high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and map capital allocators such as family offices, institutional investors, pension funds and other sources of capital.
• Reach out to high‑net‑worth, family office and institutional investors to qualify prospects, exchange documents and schedule meetings.
• Assist in developing outreach strategies, investor communications and presentation materials.
• Conduct direct outreach via email and phone, building rapport on behalf of the fund.
• Analyze investor profiles using professional databases and support follow‑up workflows.
• Produce ongoing research and reports on investor trends, capital flows and lead‑generation strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and articulation.
• Strong interest in asset management, hedge funds and macro‑economic dynamics.
• Self‑driven, structured and detail‑oriented.
• Fluent in English; French or German a plus.
• Based in Switzerland and available on‑site, full‑time or part‑time.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with professional investment databases.
