Leader Completion & Maintenance

About the role

A leader is needed to coordinate completion and base maintenance, modification and related activities at the hangar facilities of EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg. The role ensures work complies with airworthiness standards, company procedures and quality expectations, and includes acting as certifying staff to release aircraft into service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate completion, base maintenance and modification activities according to approved data and supervisor directives
• Ensure work meets airworthiness standards, company procedures and VIP quality expectations
• Monitor and enforce compliance with work sign-off, tool control and documentation
• Manage team workload, prioritize tasks and deliver on schedule
• Identify, report and follow up on non-conformities
• Act as certifying staff to release aircraft into service and perform double inspections
• Ensure compliance with Part-21 and Part-145 regulations, including inspections, torque application, locking devices, sealing, inserts and EWIS
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the cabin work environment

Required profile

• Valid EASA Part-66 Cat B1/C licence with type ratings in Airbus and Boeing
• At least 5 years of practical experience in base maintenance, including 4-5 years as Part-21 Certifying Staff
• Experience in a leader position is an advantage
• Fluency in English, French or German is an advantage
• Ability to work and adapt in different environments, good communication skills, initiative and a strong focus on quality, reliability and safety
