Manager & Senior Manager, Life Sciences Quality Management Consulting

About the role

PwC is hiring a Manager and Senior Manager for its Life Sciences Quality Management consulting practice in Zurich. You will help sell, lead and deliver high-impact projects with senior stakeholders from high-profile life sciences clients, working in a fast-growing team and with the global network of Life Sciences experts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new ideas and propositions to win and expand projects, including design and implementation of quality systems, operating models, digital strategies and ways of working across R&D, manufacturing / supply chain and commercial.
• Drive business performance by changing quality culture, improving processes and procedures, using process automation and advanced analytics and AI to speed up development, manufacturing and commercial timelines.
• Cover R&D, manufacturing and commercial functions, with a focus on quality management / assurance, regulatory affairs, product safety and medical affairs.
• Work closely with consulting teams covering commercial, market access and other functions across the Life Sciences value chain.
• Work with international clients and multi-cultural teams in Switzerland and abroad, with up to 20% travel.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science-related discipline.
• Around 6 years of experience in life sciences (R&D, manufacturing or commercial) plus at least 3 years as a consultant.
• Experience running large transformation projects and developing new propositions and work.
• Exposure to quality improvement in regulated business functions, and to innovations such as cloud, RWD, NLP and digital strategy.
• Fluent English, ideally German and/or French, and willingness to travel internationally.
