MUREX Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep Murex expertise to join a strategic banking transformation programme in Geneva. You will ensure alignment of processes, systems and the operating model across multiple transformation streams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct transversal functional analyses covering the entire banking value chain.
• Identify, map and coordinate dependencies between projects and systems.
• Define the target operating model and associated responsibilities.
• Analyse Treasury and FX product lifecycles and front‑to‑back processes.
• Contribute to the design of functional architectures and target data flows.
• Lead data migration, governance and reconciliation topics.
• Organise and supervise test strategies, business acceptance and go‑live preparation.
• Support cut‑over activities and production rollout.

Required profile

• 8 to 15 years of business analysis experience in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of Murex environments and Treasury, FX, FX Options products.
• Solid understanding of banking operations and organisational models.
• Experience in enterprise transformation and business architecture.
• Proficiency in data migration and application integration challenges.
• Ability to work on complex programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
