About the role

Join an exceptional watchmaking house in Geneva, renowned for its craftsmanship, quality standards and innovative spirit. As an Operator in the Finishing department, you will work on high‑precision components made from precious materials, ensuring every detail meets the expectations of haute horlogerie.

Key responsibilities

• Perform emergising operations on precious‑material components, from preparation to final finishing.
• Carry out degreasing tasks as required, supporting a versatile production flow.
• Monitor production output by conducting dimensional and aesthetic inspections.
• Apply strict procedures, quality requirements and safety rules to guarantee part conformity.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance workshop performance.

Required profile

• Technical training in mechanics, micromechanics or a related field.
• Ideally a first experience in a precision industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with conventional measurement and control methods.
• Good knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes; CNC machine experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard computer tools.
• Excellent manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail.
