Part‑time Remote Warehouse Operations Manager / Supervisor

About the role

This part‑time remote position combines the responsibilities of a Warehouse Operations Manager, Supervisor (Team Lead) and Clerk. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate inventory control and support seamless order fulfillment while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and optimise stock levels.
• Coordinate logistics and liaise with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Supervise and coach warehouse staff, monitor performance and enforce safety and compliance standards.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Handle client inquiries related to warehouse operations and provide prompt resolutions.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and manage warehouse personnel.
• Proven background in operations and warehouse management.
• Experience in inventory control and stock optimisation.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Detail‑oriented, problem‑solver who can work independently.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with warehouse management software and related systems.
