Playable Ads Developer – HTML5 & AI Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Playable Ads Developer to transform existing mobile games into high‑performing HTML5 playable advertisements for a leading mobile gaming portfolio. The role blends development, creative problem‑solving and performance optimisation, with a focus on integrating emerging AI tools to accelerate production.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end creation and delivery of playable ads across multiple game titles.
• Convert game mechanics into responsive HTML5 ads using JavaScript, CSS and adaptive layouts.
• Build reusable components, workflows and tooling to increase production speed and consistency.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools into the development pipeline to improve quality and explore new creative approaches.
• Optimise ads for performance, cross‑platform compatibility and user experience on all devices.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, animation and production teams to bring concepts to life.
• Continuously test new technologies and workflows to enhance the playable ad production process.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience developing playable ads, HTML5 games or similar interactive web experiences.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS, with hands‑on experience in cross‑platform composition.
• Experience using AI‑powered tools as part of a development or creative workflow.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development environments.
• Portfolio showcasing previous playable ads or HTML5 game projects.
• Curious, self‑driven and proactive attitude toward experimentation and learning.
