Project Manager – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead new initiatives, working groups and strategic projects for a global data‑driven organization. The role is fully remote and based in Switzerland, offering autonomy to shape projects from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor new initiatives and working groups, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage projects from concept development through launch and continuous improvement.
• Develop and optimise engagement strategies, including conversion funnels and community growth.
• Coordinate creation and operation of new councils, facilitating effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Design structured processes and methodologies to improve project efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders.
• Prioritise daily tasks, manage workloads and meet deadlines consistently.
• Prepare project documentation using digital collaboration tools such as Google Drive and iCloud.
• Track progress, monitor KPIs and communicate insights through project reports.
• Identify improvement opportunities and proactively resolve operational challenges.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in project management with a strong grasp of planning and execution principles.
• Proven track record of creating initiatives, communities or programs from the ground up.
• Experience organising and delivering online events.
• Process‑oriented mindset with ability to build structure and improve workflows.
• Professional level written and verbal English communication skills.
