Remote Contract Specialist (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Contract Specialist to create, review, and refine high‑quality legal templates and annotated examples for a variety of commercial agreements. This position supports an AI‑training initiative by delivering well‑structured documents that reflect current legal standards and practical business use.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and produce templates, samples, and annotated examples for Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, IP Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and other licensing contracts.
• Ensure all documents align with up‑to‑date legal standards, industry best practices, and real‑world commercial scenarios.
• Submit polished, well‑structured documents to contribute to the project’s AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables.

Required profile

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real‑world use cases.
• Experience working remotely and delivering assignments autonomously.
• Detail‑oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI‑enabled platforms is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP licensing, and marketing contracts.
