Senior Associate – Audit (Asset Management, Geneva)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead audit engagements for clients in the asset management and banking sectors. You will work on Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS and other regulatory frameworks, ensuring full compliance while delivering high‑quality insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete audits across Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS and related standards.
• Coordinate international and shared‑service teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.
• Provide value‑added recommendations to clients and support their regulatory compliance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships on complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodology.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience managing end‑to‑end audit engagements, preferably in an international environment.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Shared Services or BPO organizations.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Demonstrated coaching and team‑development capabilities.
