Senior Associate - Tax Consultant

About the role

Join PwC's dynamic international tax team in Geneva as a Senior Associate. You will work on complex cross‑border engagements, collaborating with tax, legal and consulting experts across the firm to deliver high‑quality solutions for multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of multinational corporations.
• Support tax due diligence, audits, and controversy work, including interactions with tax authorities.
• Lead complex cross‑border projects such as structuring, acquisitions and reorganisations in multi‑jurisdictional environments.
• Analyse legal frameworks, financial data and case law to deliver practical, tax‑efficient solutions.
• Coordinate with colleagues across jurisdictions to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of tax advisory experience, preferably in a Big 4 or professional services firm.
• Strong background in corporate tax, tax structuring and compliance.
• Experience with multi‑jurisdictional projects and international tax topics.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with solid project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Pursuing or holding a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA) or an advanced degree in tax or law.
