Senior Business Strategy Manager

About the role

The Strategy Senior Manager will join PepsiCo’s EMEA strategy team to lead end‑to‑end strategic projects that support the region’s growth objectives. The role involves deep analysis, problem solving and preparing executive‑ready deliverables for senior leadership, as well as supporting ad‑hoc initiatives for the EMEA CEO’s Chief of Staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional strategic projects, from problem definition through execution, aligned with EMEA growth priorities.
• Develop and deconstruct business issues using analytical and financial frameworks, building robust financial models in Excel.
• Produce executive‑ready presentations and board papers that clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
• Maintain an external mindset by tracking consumer, channel, competitive, macro‑economic and geopolitical trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive implementation plans and ensure efficient project oversight.
• Support Chief of Staff deliverables, including preparation of board materials and strategic decision support for the EMEA CEO.
• Contribute to building the EMEA Strategy Capability and Community by sharing best practices and partnering with global and regional strategy teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods or retail, preferably in food and beverage.
• BA required; MBA strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to think strategically, influence senior leaders and operate effectively in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering complex strategic analyses.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial and strategic modeling.
