Senior Data Analyst – Global Digital Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a partner organization in Switzerland. You will work in a collaborative, international environment, turning complex data sets into actionable insights for health, safety, environment, and risk‑management projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the implementation, adoption, and optimization of global digital products.
• Analyze complex datasets and deliver insights through storytelling, reporting, and visualisation.
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities using AI and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, distributed teams to align delivery with client requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation, dashboards, and executive presentations using PowerPoint and BI tools.
• Configure product deployments and provide training to internal teams and clients.
• Work directly with customers to ensure best practices in product usage and data interpretation.
• Leverage AI tools for multilingual configuration, analysis, and delivery support.
• Conduct unit testing and quality‑assurance activities.
• Participate in agile squads, ceremonies, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in data‑focused roles, preferably in consulting or technology.
• At least 3 years of client‑facing consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Databricks and MongoDB.
• Advanced use of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, and Jira.
• Understanding of ETL processes.
• Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics tools.
