Senior Manager - Technology Consulting, AI & Data

About the role

EY is hiring a Senior Manager for its Technology Consulting business in Zurich, focused on AI and Data. You will work on challenging AI and Data projects for clients using the latest technologies, advising C-level stakeholders on transformation strategies and leading the design and delivery of AI solutions such as Agentic AI, Generative AI and AI Factories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development and go-to-market activities for AI and Data services in Switzerland, building senior client relationships, identifying new opportunities and leading proposal development and sales pursuits.
• Advise C-level stakeholders on Data and AI transformation strategies and help clients define and implement enterprise-wide AI roadmaps.
• Lead the design and delivery of AI solutions, including Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI Factories, intelligent automation and data-driven operating models.
• Drive large-scale transformation programs across strategy, governance, operating models, data platforms and AI adoption.
• Oversee multidisciplinary project teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, scalability, security and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to the growth of the EY AI and Data practice through thought leadership, mentoring, coaching and knowledge sharing, and collaborate with local and global EY teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Proven track record of independently generating sales of more than 3 million CHF.
• Established network of senior decision-makers and experience in business development, sales and account growth.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coaching professionals.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and neighbouring countries and occasionally internationally.
• Full professional proficiency in English; German and/or French is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of AI technologies and trends, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, machine learning and AI governance.
• Experience establishing and scaling AI Factories and operating models.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, data architecture and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
