Senior Manual QA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join a fast‑growing iGaming technology team in Switzerland. You will own manual testing processes, ensure the quality and reliability of innovative gaming products, and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver stable, high‑quality experiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse product documentation, technical requirements and functional specifications to design effective test approaches.
• Create, maintain and execute test cases, scenarios and comprehensive test documentation.
• Perform functional, regression, acceptance and exploratory testing across desktop, mobile and browser environments.
• Validate game mechanics such as RTP, volatility, payouts, bonus rounds and RNG functionality.
• Verify regulatory compliance and conduct performance/load testing for peak‑usage stability.
• Test integrations with external platforms, aggregators, operator systems and wallet solutions.
• Identify, document and investigate defects, providing root‑cause analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to QA strategy definition, process improvement and quality standards promotion.
• Mentor less‑experienced QA engineers through guidance, test‑case reviews and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar quality‑assurance role.
• Strong understanding of QA processes throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with test‑management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.
• Good grasp of client‑server architecture, web technologies and API testing concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Git‑based workflows and platforms like GitLab or GitHub.
• Knowledge of iGaming domain concepts and regulatory requirements.
