Senior QA Engineer (Mobile)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer specializing in mobile applications to join our partner’s team. The role will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of globally‑used iOS and Android apps, taking ownership of the full QA lifecycle from test planning to production releases.

Key responsibilities

• Define test strategies, create detailed test plans, cases and checklists based on product specifications.
• Execute functional, exploratory, regression, UI/UX and end‑to‑end API testing on real devices and emulators.
• Develop and maintain mobile test automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and automate critical user journeys.
• Validate builds, test deep links, perform pre‑release checks and monitor production performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Mobile Engineers, Backend Engineers and Architects throughout development.
• Track QA metrics such as test coverage, defect rates and automation effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong experience in mobile QA across iOS and Android platforms.
• Proven ability to design and implement test automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA principles.
• Familiarity with mobile app lifecycle, App Store and Google Play release processes.
• Experience with debugging and analysis tools and API testing.
