Senior Quality Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Quality Specialist at Société des Produits Nestlé, you will ensure that beverage system innovations meet the highest standards of safety, compliance and consumer experience. You will work closely with project managers, manufacturing partners and regulatory experts to embed quality by design throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Promote quality‑by‑design principles across beverage system development to deliver safe, compliant, consumer‑focused innovations.
• Drive right‑first‑time quality for new systems, products, packaging and filling lines from early development through technical approval.
• Build robust validation plans and quality sign‑offs that align partners, strengthen decisions and reduce launch risk.
• Ensure food safety, product compliance and quality standards are embedded in development, manufacturing and supplier activities.
• Provide technical expertise to factories and consumer service teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
• Share lessons learned, tools and expertise across sites to grow quality capabilities and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong background in quality, manufacturing, R&D and beverage systems, supported by a degree in science, chemistry or packaging.
• Knowledge of food safety, hazard analysis, product compliance, good manufacturing practices, verification and audit.
• Certificate or master’s in regulatory affairs or chemistry is an advantage.
• Proven problem‑solving, change‑management and continuous‑improvement skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, fluent in English.
• Demonstrates courage, speed, collaboration and a commitment to continuous learning.
