Senior SAP Recruiting Consultant – RCM/RMK/SmartRecruiters + EC/ONB/ECP

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to provide high‑level support across multiple recruiting projects. The role involves working directly with global clients to implement and configure recruiting and employee central solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support projects through requirements definition, business‑process improvement, configuration, testing and end‑user training.
• Lead or support client design workshops and deliver high‑quality solutions that meet business requirements.
• Document system configurations, decisions and business processes clearly.
• Transfer knowledge to customers for ongoing maintenance and stay current on SAP releases and best practices.

Required profile

• Current SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management certification.
• At least three years of hands‑on experience as a lead consultant on SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Implementation experience with one or more recruiting modules (RCM, RMK, SmartRecruiters) and one of EC, Onboarding 2.0 or Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
