Senior Software Developer – AI Networking Acceleration

About the role

Join NVIDIA's AI networking acceleration team to develop a groundbreaking open‑source inference library that leverages hardware offloads, GPU kernels and RDMA network cards. You will work on performance‑oriented low‑level infrastructure that runs on the world’s largest supercomputers and data centers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a highly optimized inference framework for large‑scale AI workloads.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate hardware offload technologies and ensure scalability.
• Benchmark, profile, and tune performance across CPU, GPU and RDMA pathways.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in modern C++, C or Rust development.
• 3+ years of experience working in Linux environments with familiarity of development tools.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP stack, computer architecture and operating system concepts.

Required skills

• Modern C++ (C++17/20), C, Rust.
• Linux system programming and tooling.
• GPU kernel development (CUDA preferred).
• RDMA and high‑performance networking technologies.
• Experience with LLM inference stacks, distributed storage, and performance benchmarking.
