Social Media and Project Manager

About the role

SFF Studio, the venture studio of Swiss Founders Fund, is seeking a motivated early‑career professional to join its team for a fixed‑term internship. You will work closely with the founders, helping to grow the studio’s social media presence, create compelling content, and support day‑to‑day project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Drive content creation and social media growth for SFF Studio.
• Transform ideas, updates, and conversations into clear, high‑quality narratives.
• Support content planning and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Assist with daily operations to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Manage basic project tasks, including timelines, follow‑ups, and task tracking.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• High ownership, reliability and attention to detail.
• Structured thinker with excellent written communication.
• Early‑career professional (1‑2 years of experience).
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
