Solution Architect – Enterprise Technology

About the role

As a Solution Architect within LGT Capital Partners, you will drive firm‑wide adoption of strategic technologies and lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects, from architectural vision to scalable implementation. You will own solutions that influence how technology is used across the organization, delivering measurable business value and long‑term architectural evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and evolve the firm’s software and technology landscape.
• Guide technology adoption across projects and business lines in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of complex initiatives, driving architectural decisions to scalable implementation.
• Contribute to enterprise technology strategy, including AI and shared platforms, ensuring reliability and reusability.
• Explore emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Software Engineer delivering enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Proven expertise in AI, cloud architecture and shared platforms within complex enterprises.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, architecture governance, DevOps and operational readiness.
• Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
