Student Marketeer – Sports Management School Lausanne

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Student Marketeer for its Sports Management School in Lausanne. As part of the brand and product ambassador program, you will represent the brand on campus and in your region, reaching new consumers, increasing sales and managing the Red Bull brand through direct contact with students, product trials and events. The role is part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Act as brand and product ambassador: live the brand's personality and values in everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
• Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness through product sampling, answering consumer questions competently.
• Build and run a tailored, innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at university.
• Create a strong network by building and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
• Engage followers on your social media with authentic content and work at Red Bull events and supported events.
• Build relationships with local sales account managers so Red Bull is available and visible in outlets, and collaborate with sales to open new distribution points on and around campus.
• Use Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts and ensure store standards are followed.
• Deliver attention to detail, share ideas with the team regularly, and plan and report activities accurately on the dedicated online platform.
• Provide local insights, trends and opportunities to help develop the Red Bull media business.

Required profile

• Passion for the Red Bull brand and product.
• Excellent communication skills, charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing.
• Thorough understanding of student life, the city and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hot spots.
• Approachable and social, able to relate to different people.
• Creative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, responsibility and initiative.
• Able to manage part-time work and studies, ideally available some evenings and weekends.
• Desire to learn and apply new skills, especially marketing, negotiation and sales.
• Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus.
