Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist – Campus Recruiter

About the role

BCG is seeking an energetic and people‑focused Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to lead campus recruiting across Switzerland. Based in Zurich, you will act as an ambassador for BCG at top universities, guiding candidates through the full recruitment journey and ensuring a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organize and deliver on‑campus events and career fairs at leading Swiss universities.
• Build and nurture relationships with students and university partners to promote BCG as an employer of choice.
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate process, from initial contact through offers and onboarding.
• Coordinate application tracking, offer administration and candidate communication with high attention to detail.
• Contribute creative ideas to continuously improve recruiting formats and event execution.
• Support strategic talent acquisition projects and analytical initiatives within the Zurich team.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, event management or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent BCG positively to external audiences.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
